There are two ways of ordering materials from Vegan Outreach:

1. Printing this printable order form and mailing it in with a check.
2. Submitting the on-line order form electronically and paying on-line.

As you enter the number you want in the "quantities" field for the different items, please do not hit the "Enter" button between fields, as this will submit your form before you complete it. You can 'tab' between the fields.

As you fill out your order, the form automatically calculates your "total" for that item (on that line), your order's subtotal so far, shipping, and your ORDER GRAND TOTAL.

For the booklets Why Vegan, Porque Vegano, Even If You Like Meat, and Try Vegetarian, the form calculates your total based on the suggested donation of $0.25 per booklet. This is the suggested donation, based on production, printing, and handling costs.We don't require a specific donation for booklets; you can manually alter the line's "total" field and the "ORDER GRAND TOTAL" to reflect your ability to pay. For first-time orders, we do require some level of donation to avoid fraud.

The shipping field calculates only for merchandise items (not booklets, holders, or stickers). Obviously, shipping varies a great deal; a few booklets compared to a box of 300; one video within PA vs. 900 booklets to Australia, etc. Please manually alter the "ORDER GRAND TOTAL" field to reflect your best estimate of shipping costs.

If you fill out the printable form, you can print it out and mail in with a check equal to the amount in the "ORDER GRAND TOTAL" field.

Or submit the on-line form, then donate an amount equal to your order on-line (e.g., for an order where the "ORDER GRAND TOTAL" field reads $50, donate $50), via a credit card.

Once you Click on "Send Order," your order will automatically be sent to Vegan Outreach via e-mail, and you will be taken to this page. It will provide a link to the Vegan Outreach donation page, where you will be given four choices for donating the "ORDER GRAND TOTAL" amount for your order. These are third-party sites -- that is, they are sites not run by Vegan Outreach. These sites provide credit-card-processing service at a reduced rate for Vegan Outreach.

Please donate the amount equal to your "ORDER GRAND TOTAL" field -- that is, your merchandise, shipping, and any additional donation -- via one of these options (e.g., GiveDirect). This is an entirely separate process from filling out and submitting your order to Vegan Outreach. You will receive a confirmation e-mail automatically from the donation site once the donation is complete. This is separate from hearing back from Vegan Outreach that your order has been received and is being processed.

If, after donating on-line for an order, you don't receive a reply e-mail within 72 hours, and there is no note on the site mentioning an office closure, please contact us again.
